477jl Casino ("477jl", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data of players and visitors to the 477jl platform at 477jl.club. Data Retention
477jl retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the following retention guidelines:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a period of at least five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR AML compliance obligations.
- KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the conclusion of the business relationship, in accordance with AMLA requirements.
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
- Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years following the date of the communication, or longer if the communication relates to an unresolved dispute.
- Technical and Device Data: Retained for up to two (2) years for fraud detection and security monitoring purposes.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 477jl's data disposal procedures.

Section 11
Minors
The 477jl platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under 21 years of age. 477jl does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 477jl platform or submitted personal data, please contact the 477jl support team immediately. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all associated data will be deleted, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Section 12
Policy Amendments
477jl reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or 477jl's data processing practices. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification before the updated Policy takes effect. Your continued use of the 477jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
