Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 477jl Casino ("477jl", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 477jl platform at 477jl.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 477jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 477jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share your login credentials with any third party.

477jl is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 477jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and other Philippine banks are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Bonuses & Promotions

477jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback rebates, daily login rewards, and VIP loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

Gameplay Rules

Responsible Gaming

477jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Upon reaching the limit, further wagering is automatically disabled for the remainder of the limit period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 477jl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

477jl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

477jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 477jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.

Amendments

477jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
